Anushka's Studio is a website intended for the sale of illustrations, calendars, bookmarks and postcards.

The product offer at Anushka's Studio store may change from time to time due to the nature of the business. Prices of individual products can be regular prices, special prices, or discounted prices.

Photos, pictures or video material published within the offer are the property of the company Anushka's Studio or its suppliers and business partners, if stated so.

Anushka's Studio sells products online and sells/delivers them worldwide.

Registration procedure

 To register for Anushka's Studio, the user must be at least 18 years old.

In order for the user to be able to shop within the Anushka's Studio, he/she can register and create his/her account.

When registering and creating account, the user enters the following information: name and surname, e-mail, telephone and delivery address. After entering the above data, the user receives an e-mail with a confirmation of the order and an email to confirm registration. The user needs to confirm by clicking on the appropriate field in the email and then create a password.

Anushka's Studio is not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by the user / customer. If there is a change in data, the user is obliged to update his user account or to inform us about the changes via email address: info@anushkasstudio.com

As a registered user, after entering his/her username and password, the customer has an insight into current and previous purchases within his/her user account.

The registered user has the option to go to the payment selection page without re-entering their personal data.

Ordering and delivery

Purchases through the Anushka's Studio are possible for registered users.

Products are ordered electronically. By pressing the Buy button, the selected product is added to the shopping cart.

After concluding the order to the email left by the Customer as a contact, a confirmation will be forwarded that the order has been received by Anushka's Studio. If the Buyer does not receive such a confirmation, it is necessary to check the correctness of the e-mail address he/she left as a contact or to report the problem to the email address: info@anushkasstudio.com

Anushka's Studio reserves the right to check the data provided by the User when creating the order in order to validate them and to contact the Customer by e-mail or telephone for the purpose of correcting them and the most efficient realization of the delivery of the ordered products.

Anushka's Studio reserves the right to cancel the order due to technical and other reasons, of which the Buyer will be notified by email specified during registration or by phone.

Upon receipt of the order and validation of the Buyer or the order data, the Seller proceeds to process the order.

The buyer pays the price to the Anushka's Studio, and the product, an invoice, a notice and a withdrawal form are delivered to him.

It is considered that the distance sales contract is concluded between the Anushka's Studio (bidder) and the Buyer signed at the moment when the Anushka's Studio confirms the order and the Buyer receives the first e-mail about the status of his order.

The buyer is the person whose data is specified in the order. Customer information cannot be changed after sending the order.

 

Product prices

The prices of all products displayed at the Anushka's Studio are stated in Serbian currency RSD. Prices are valid for all customers only and exclusively for the duration of the offer, only on this website and only under these General Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to change the price.

Methods of payment

When paying for the ordered products, regardless of the chosen method, the buyer is obliged to pay the delivery costs, which are added to the total amount of the order. Delivery costs depend mostly on product weight and quantity, and also on delivery location.

 

• COD (Cash on delivery)

When paying by cash on delivery, payment is made in cash and the buyer is obliged to pay the delivery costs in addition to the price of the goods. Available only on the territory of Republic of Serbia.

Conversion statement

​

 All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informative presentation of prices in other currencies. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into that currency at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site. Thank you for your understanding!

 

 

Delivery of goods and possible restrictions

- On the territory of the whole of Serbia:

Anushka's Studio delivers on the territory of the whole of Serbia, door to door for all orders in cooperation with the courier service Post Express. Your order will be delivered within maximum of 2 working days from the day when Anushka's Studio confirms the order. Delivery of goods is not done on weekends, state and religious holidays in accordance with the Law on State and Other Holidays in Serbia.

Delivery time may be extended due to circumstances beyond the influence of Anushka's Studio (malfunction, suspension of courier services, traffic jams and accidents, weather conditions, holidays, pandemics, etc.)

 

Delivery time may be extended during the holidays due to increased workload.

 

Delivery of goods is made to the address you specified during registration.

 

Delivery of goods is done through the courier service Post Express.

- Outside of Serbia (worldwide):

Anushka's Studio delivers its products worldwide, in cooperation with the regular national post service. Please allow for up to 2-3 days for processing and shipping your order. Once your order is shipped, you can expect from 5 days up to 3 weeks for final delivery. Due to COVID, shipments may be delayed longer than usual.

The buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to immediately inform the supplier about any possible defects.

 

The consumer can file a complaint electronically to the e-mail address: info@anushkasstudio.com with the delivery of the invoice for inspection or other proof of purchase (copy of invoice, slip, etc.).

The seller is obliged to issue a written confirmation to the consumer or to confirm the receipt of the complaint electronically, ie to announce the number under which his complaint is registered in the records of received complaints.

The seller is obliged to respond to the buyer's written complaint without delay, and no later than within eight days from the day of receipt of the complaint, in writing or electronically. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 45 days.
